The words you and your refer to registered users, customers, resellers, associates, suppliers or general public visitors to our Web Site.

ii. You accept that other than Freight on Board (FOB) all other freight charges will not be included with your online purchase order. See Terms and Conditions of Delivery below.

8. DELIVERY
| | a. | Inside Australia: Orders sent within NSW will generally ship through Australia Post for standard parcels whilst bulkier will be sent by courier. | | b. | Documentation: An itemised Tax Invoice containing a description of goods purchased and freight charged accompanies all orders. | | c. | Final Delivery: All orders will only be delivered to a residential or business address and require a signature upon receipt.
Please report any damaged parcels immediately or retail packaging in case an inpection is required. | | d. | Handling Fee: An order handling fee of 2.68AUD plus GST applies to each order where Stationery World arranges delivery. |
9. RETURNS
